

Gear Couplings
Gear Couplings are used as connecting elements between any two shafts. The type of complexity in connectivity, the power to be transmitted and the area of application play a major role in the selection of the type of coupling.
Gear couplings basically belong to the category of flexible couplings which are capable of transmitting very high torques. Gear engineering plays a major role and utilizes the advantages of gear coupling. In Practical application, the coupling is a complete gear assembly.


Tyre Coupling
The flexible capabilities of the Tyre Coupling help to accommodate angular, parallel and axial misalignment.
Parallel Misalignment upto 6 mm.
Angular Misalignment upto 4°
End Float upto 8 mm
Suitable in ambient temp. upto 70° C.


Star Coupling

Pin Bush Coupling
Pin Bush couplings consist of a set of resilient CYLINDRICAL Shaped bushes with pins & nuts and two flanged hubs of graded cast iron.
The special CYLINDRICAL shaped bushes permit the MISALIGNMENT IN ALL DIRECTIONS and give extra torsional flexibility.
These couplings are suitable for general engineering application requiring reliable power transmission even under conditions of shaft misalignment which are often unavoidable.


Resilient / Grid Coupling
Grid couplings are lubricated, having high torque capacity like gear couplings & with torsional flexibility of an Elastomer couplings.
Grid –flex offers the simplest, most cost effective solution for moderate to high torque application.
